Chris Andres is a business operations and strategy leader with twenty years of experience in establishing, growing, and optimizing teams that deliver outstanding results. His expertise spans a broad range of functions, including software development, sales, customer support operations, analytics, project management, and digital marketing. Chris spent eight years as a key executive and head of global customer success at Tealium, where he was responsible for all recurring revenue operations and led six diverse functional teams, supporting the company’s growth and global scaling. Prior to his tenure at Tealium, Chris was the founder and CEO of Upbuilt LLC. Over six years, he built the company to a successful exit, leading a talented team of developers and designers who created online games for syndication. These games attracted millions of daily users and enabled his team to secure media ad placements with some of the world’s largest brands.

Jim Hartley has been working with data and technology for over 15 years. Since 2012, he has been at the forefront of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) category. Jim has held roles at Lincoln Financial Group, Tealium, and Twilio Segment. While working at Tealium, a market leader and CDP category creator, Jim helped grow the business to a $1.3 Billion valuation, held multiple global leadership roles across all phases of the customer lifecycle as well as within Product, and created one of the first strategic services teams in the CDP industry. Having worked with businesses of all sizes, verticals, and use cases, Jim is one of the few strategists with a complete understanding of how businesses can successfully leverage data technology to deliver delightful customer experiences at scale.
