Chris Andres

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Chris Andres is a business operations and strategy leader with 20 years of experience in building, scaling, and optimizing high-performing teams. His expertise spans software development, sales, customer support operations, analytics, project management, and digital marketing.

For eight years, Chris was a key executive and Head of Global Customer Success at Tealium, where he led all recurring revenue operations and managed six cross-functional teams, driving the company’s growth and global expansion.

Before Tealium, Chris founded and served as CEO of Upbuilt LLC, where he built the company from the ground up to a successful exit. Over six years, he led a team of developers and designers in creating syndicated online games that attracted millions of daily users and secured high-value media ad placements with some of the world’s largest brands.

Jim Hartley

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Jim Hartley has been at the intersection of data and technology for over 15 years, with a deep focus on the Customer Data Platform (CDP) space since 2012. He has held key roles at Lincoln Financial Group, Tealium, and Twilio Segment, shaping the evolution of data-driven customer experiences.

During his time at Tealium, a market leader and pioneer in the CDP category, Jim played a pivotal role in scaling the business to a billion+ valuation. He held multiple global leadership positions across all phases of the customer lifecycle, contributed to product innovation, and founded one of the first strategic services teams in the CDP industry.

With hands-on experience spanning businesses of all sizes, industries, and use cases, Jim is one of the few strategists with a comprehensive understanding of how to harness data technology to create exceptional customer experiences at scale.
